Judy has been happily married to her wonderful husband, David, for 17 years. Together, they have two amazing kids—Dominik, 18, and Kyndall, 13—who keep life exciting and fulfilling. Their family is rounded out by their two energetic dogs, Scout, a Golden Retriever, and Birdie, a Silver Lab.

Outside of work, Judy loves spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and cherishing the simple moments with her loved ones. Whether at the salon or enjoying nature, she embraces life with warmth and enthusiasm, making every experience meaningful and memorable.

Naquilla Hall is a passionate cosmetologist with over two years of experience in the beauty industry. She holds an associate's degree in biology and finds joy in helping clients feel their best. She has a special love for scalp treatments and relaxation techniques. As a Scalp Specialist at Lather Head Spa, she appreciates the calming atmosphere and the opportunity to provide soothing, personalized care to each client.

Outside of work, Naquilla is a devoted mother to her two-year-old son, Atticus. She enjoys spending time with her long-term boyfriend as they work together to renovate their home. A true cat lover, Naquilla adores her feline companions and finds comfort in curling up with a good crime documentary and a cup of her favorite 7 Brew Coffee.

Naquilla believes in the power of self-care and enjoys the slower, more intentional pace of scalp treatments. She loves seeing her clients leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply relaxed.

Kristie Spears is a dedicated professional with a passion for both beauty and healthcare. Married to her high school sweetheart, Jason, for 26 years, Kristie takes great pride in her family. She and Jason have two wonderful children: Rylan, a junior at the University of Tennessee, and Hadley, a junior at Volunteer High School.

With over 26 years of experience as a cosmetologist, Kristie has also spent 22 years working as a dental assistant at Family Dental Center. After taking the last two years to focus on being a wife and mother, she has now embraced a new and fulfilling role at Lather Head Spa.

Kristie finds immense joy in her work, especially in witnessing the relaxation and rejuvenation her clients experience after their treatments. She loves being part of a team that prioritizes wellness and self-care, making each client feel special and renewed.

Tosha Bradshaw brings over 28 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and a deep passion for helping clients feel their best. As a Scalp Specialist at Lather Head Spa, she combines her expertise and caring nature to provide personalized, relaxing treatments that promote scalp health and overall well-being.

Tosha has been happily married to her husband, Larry Bradshaw, for 20 years. Together, they have built a beautiful life in Church Hill, TN. Together they have two wonderful daughters, Kaley and Kourtney, along with a son-in-law, Logan, and a cherished granddaughter, Josie. Life on their farm keeps them busy with cows and three beloved dogs—Nashley, Laney, and Marlee.

In addition to her cosmetology career, Tosha has worked as a Registered Dental Assistant at Harville Orthodontics since 2018 and previously owned her own salon for nine years.

When she’s not at work, Tosha loves being outdoors—whether it’s spending time on the lake, kayaking, enjoying the river, or working around the farm. She has a flair for interior design, a passion for traveling and attending concerts, and enjoys treasure hunting while thrift shopping with her high school best friends. Tosha’s warm and friendly personality makes her an asset to the Lather Head Spa team and a favorite among clients seeking rejuvenating scalp care.

Rose Turley is a licensed esthetician with a true passion for skincare and the art of esthetics. She graduated from Jenny Lee Esthetics Academy in 2023 and is excited to bring her knowledge and gentle touch to the treatment room. After spending several years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom to her two children, River (11) and Sage (8), Rose felt called to return to the workforce and chose to join Lather Head Spa for its warm, relaxing atmosphere. Her goal is to create a calming, peaceful experience for every client she serves.

Originally from Maine, Rose moved to Johnson City, TN 25 years ago and loves the slower pace and strong sense of community found in the Tri-Cities. She lives with her long-term boyfriend and their two cats, Honey and Talia. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, fishing, making art, and taking family walks around the park. She also loves exploring new and local restaurants throughout the area.

Julie Carver is a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others feel their best. A graduate of Premier Academy in December 2021, Julie brings a creative eye and artistic touch to her work, influenced by her love for fashion and photography.

Originally from Johnson City, Julie is 22 years old and part of a large, close-knit family with nine siblings. Outside of esthetics, she enjoys part-time acting and modeling, where her creativity continues to shine. At home, she shares life with her two beloved chihuahuas, Pooh Bear and Minnie, and her high school sweetheart — her boyfriend of seven years.
